On Wednesday 16 September at 2pm EST Dr. Joseph Fins will talk about “Bioethics after Covid-19 & Why History Matters.”
Dr. Fins is a Professor of Medical Ethics and Chief of the Division of Medical Ethics at Weill Cornell Medicine, as well as the author of over 400 publications. This past spring, he led the Division in its response to the COVID-19 surge that struck New York City, taking part in discussions and proceedings at the Hastings Center and publishing several articles taking up issues posed by ventilator allocation guidelines. He is a compelling speaker and thinker, and a long-standing faculty member of the DeWitt Wallace Institute of Psychiatry. We are enormously pleased to have him again. Please join us!
